Job description

Our Customer is an American worldwide clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands. Their clothes are available in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote and candidates must be open to work in PST time zone.



Responsibilities:

  • Establish product, service and product development priorities based on projected results considering overall short and long term returns against the assets and resources expended.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure Marketing priorities are consistent with the strategic plan and activities match established and agreed to priorities
  • Conduct customer and competitive research to ensure that the company is providing its customers with the products, technical support and services they desire at prices that generate the greatest total dollar return to the Company across its total product line.
  • Research to identify new product and services opportunities that match core competencies
  • Develop and provide marketing materials to support all product and service sales efforts including those of the sister companies and distributors
  • Support internal communications, marketing, training, motivational and incentive development efforts
  • Identify and implement procedures and systems to ensure the Company's marketing support functions are consistent and as efficient as possible while meeting internal and external customer needs.


Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Ability to manage a pretty significant budget and manage multiple line items and have the ability to reconcile
  • Paid social experience - Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • Heavy level of financial acumen
  • Monthly financial planning experience
  • Good financial management skills
