Job description

Our Customer is an American worldwise clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands. Their clothes are availabile in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing.


We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in San Francisco, CA.



Responsibilities:

  • Establish product, service, and product development priorities based on projected short- and long-term returns relative to available assets and resources
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing priorities align with overall strategic plans
  • Conduct customer and competitive research to inform product, pricing, and service strategies that maximize total portfolio value
  • Identify new product and service opportunities aligned with core competencies
  • Develop and deliver marketing materials to support product and service sales across internal teams, distributors, and affiliated partners
  • Support internal communications, marketing initiatives, training programs, and incentive efforts
  • Implement and manage digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate new members
  • Oversee branded membership social media accounts and ensure a consistent, engaging presence
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers and increase customer engagement
  • Manage content calendars and publish content across social channels
  • Monitor social trends, hashtags, and topics, and integrate them into brand-relevant content
  • Brief and execute campaigns across social media, websites, and other digital touchpoints
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on results
  • Identify and implement efficient systems and processes to improve marketing support functions


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and audience engagement
  • Experience managing social media calendars and publishing workflows
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and apply insights to improve results
  • Strong research skills for customer, competitive, and market analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align marketing efforts with strategic priorities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing membership-based or loyalty programs
  • Experience with paid media and multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Familiarity with performance analytics tools and reporting dashboards
