We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
What You'll Do:
- Work with data science and marketing analytics teams to gather data-driven insights to inform media optimization
- Work closely with channel leads, analytics, and finance to inform spend adjustments to drive business outcomes
- Manage agency partners and vendors to measure and drive spend efficiency
- Drive incrementality measurement and test plans, collaborating closely with data science and channel leads
- Work with Digital Activation and Data Innovation teams to ensure appropriate tools and data are available to support marketing measurement needs
Must-haves:
- BA/BS degree required
- 5+ Years as a Marketing Analyst, Digital Media, paid channel marketer, or project manager. Must have experience with measurement principles, channel analytics, and paid advertising
- Digital Media, Paid Search, MarTech, Analytics, and/or Project Management experience; you are a digital native and understand data principles, media buying, spend optimization, and marketing measurement principles
- Experience with multiple digital marketing & brand channels from a channel management, marketing analytics and/or AdTech perspective (i.e. Paid Search, TV, Display, Email, Affiliates, Social, Native App, and Web Properties)
- Experience partnering with agencies, MarTech teams, marketing analytics, and data scientists to measure and optimize media spend or channel performance
- Understanding of marketing analytics and measurement principles required to drive insights and optimize spend
- Experience with media mix modeling and media optimization
- Experience with data foundations and data structure in support of marketing measurement and channel performance reporting
- Strong communicator, team player, and influencer across teams and various levels and ability to communicate data and measurement to non-analytical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work with x-channel / x-functional stakeholders to measure and optimize media spend and drive growth through marketing initiatives
- Attention to detail and tenacity to continue working a problem to get a job done
- Strong prioritization and organization skills necessary to drive and lead cross-functional initiatives, and to be effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and extreme fast-moving environment
- Self-starter with a growth mindset who can effectively identify critical items that need action and drive them to closure and push for continuous innovation, improvement and have a highly proactive bias for solutions-oriented outcomes
- Strategic mindset with the ability to tell a great story both written and verbal, articulating data story and measurement strategy to x-functional teams as well as senior and executive leadership
- Ability to influence & partner with key internal and external stakeholder teams: senior and executive leadership, product marketing, marketing channel leaders, analysts, and finance to ensure shared vision and drive initiatives forward
- Highly-analytical, stats junkie, problem-solver, and creative thinker with the ability to draw key insights from analytics to make key business decisions
