Job description

Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.


We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior marketing leaders to execute campaigns, driving pet insurance and financing product sales
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies supporting consumer acquisition and usage
  • Support joint marketing initiatives integrating financing, pet insurance, and related products
  • Track campaign performance in partnership with analytics and finance teams using Excel-based reporting and visualizations
  • Manage creative agencies including campaign briefs, kickoff meetings, asset development, and project execution
  • Submit and manage marketing projects through project management platforms
  • Coordinate marketing budgets including purchase requests, invoice processing, forecasting, and expense tracking
  • Develop and update presentation materials showcasing campaign results and analytics
  • Partner with leadership teams to execute comprehensive marketing strategies across product offerings
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional partners to drive integrated marketing initiatives
  • Support cross-sell initiatives integrating multiple product offerings
  • Complete special projects and business initiatives as needed


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in financial services or marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with Workfront or similar marketing project management tools
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
  • Experience using project management platforms for marketing workflows
  • Strong analytical skills for performance measurement and optimization
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience working with large partners or client relationships

Preferred:

  • Background in the pet or pet insurance industry
