  • Support consumer application volume, approvals, purchase volume growth, usage, and retention objectives.
  • Communicate directly with clients and manage campaign execution with limited supervision.

  • Support marketing initiatives through project timelines, roadmaps, presentations, and execution of deliverables.
  • Execute targeted account-based and segment-based marketing campaigns.
  • Drive point-of-sale and in-location conversion through toolkits, signage, scripts, and training materials.
  • Support email automation and customer journey execution in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and manage content, including case studies, webinars, one-pagers, playbooks, emails, and partner toolkits.
  • Use analytics, testing, and segmentation to optimize campaign performance.
  • Track and communicate campaign performance against key business metrics.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Client Management, Lifecycle Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk/Compliance, Finance, and Creative/Agency teams to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience executing campaigns across email/CRM, digital, social, direct mail, and/or in-location marketing channels.
  • Workfront experience required.
  • Experience with campaign execution and trafficking.
  • Experience managing campaign calendars, timelines, and budgets.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication and editing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2B2C marketing experience.
  • Healthcare, wellness, specialty services, or financial products marketing experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable platforms.
