Their core products include advanced firewalls and cloud-based offerings that extend those firewalls to cover other aspects of security. We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager on a contract basis to plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns with the go-to-market technology partners, focusing on North America execution. This role will be responsible for driving awareness of the value of technology partner integrations in the market and with internal business partners, creating compelling content to influence customers, and developing pipeline through successful co-marketing programs with TAP. In this role, you will create and execute unique, integrated, results-driven marketing campaigns across the industry and throughout the marketplace to create visibility and strength of TAP relationships. You will have the opportunity to influence and shape all aspects of marketing including event strategy, content development, core messaging and positioning, creative direction, marketing plans, sales enablement, and budgeting. You will build and maintain relationships with internal and external Alliances and teams internally to influence the adoption of marketing best practices. This individual will be responsible for driving alliance marketing programs, building internal and external awareness of technology solutions, and planning and executing marketing events. The position requires experience in leading the marketing strategy and executing programs with strong project management skills. Must be comfortable working in a self-directed environment and independently execute many marketing deliverables including value propositions, solution briefs, global marketing plans, and multi-city events. This role is a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in Santa Clara, CA.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Do: Lead marketing efforts directly supporting multiple key strategic alliances
  • Help create and support the marketing strategy for various partners working to reach marketing goals aligned to the business objectives and targets of the Global Technology Partnership Alliances organization
  • Be an important point of contact for the Alliances sales team globally
  • Relationships: develop and maintain relationships with key partners, alliance engagement managers, and internal stakeholders to help further the relationship and joint marketing opportunities
  • Website: Optimize, expand, and maintain marketing web pages
  • Develop a world-class digital experience for customers to discover technology integrations for conversion
  • Execute multi-channel, multi-partner programs: work with various internal groups and partner teams to build integrated marketing plans
  • Nurture: Work with marketing and sales teams both internally and at the partner to document, optimize and report on lead nurture efforts
  • Outcomes and Reporting: Set, track, and report progress around KPIs and ROI metrics, including regular readouts on the performance of partner marketing programs
  • Conduct quarterly marketing reviews (QMRs) with key alliance executives
Must-Haves:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 4 - 7+ years of enterprise marketing experience including partner marketing
  • Proven track record of success in a partner marketing role for technology partners
  • Experience in cybersecurity is highly desired
  • Demonstrable experience and expertise working with independent software vendors (ISVs), CSPs, e.g. AWS, GCP, or Systems Integrators (SIs)
  • Good communication (written and verbal), reporting, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment to drive outcome-based plans, programs, and execution
  • Experience working with Field Marketing organizations
  • Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including field marketing, ABM, digital marketing, webinars, and third-party industry events
  • Demonstrated pipeline impact of partnerships and programs
  • Highly motivated, self-starter that can build and launch programs and communications within budget and effectively manage multiple timelines
  • Ability to travel
