Job description
Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Key Elements of Role:
- Lead Gen/Lead Nurture Marketing: assist the development of campaign strategy and lead execution of omni-channel campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels including web, search, social, display, direct mail, and email. Test and learn approach to marketing. Segmentation of automated journeys and omni-channel campaigns in two ways:
- Goal to increase net new healthcare and wellness leads into SF database to support enrollment goals
- Secondary to drive more traffic and user behavior on carecredit.com/providers and campaign landing pages to be retargeting until they get started with enrollment and again until they convert as a new enrolled provider
- Help build the Wellness B2B prospect database in SFDC (leveraging the above lead gen/nurture programs). This includes working with Salesforce team and understanding Marketing Cloud / Salesforce opportunities to continue ongoing lead gen/nurture programs
- Collaborate with digital COE to execute ongoing paid media efforts. Proactively identify new channels, external third-party companies, or new audiences we can use to test digital and social media marketing to these new prospective contacts.
- Other elements of campaign strategy and execution:
- Lead cross-functional projects
- Campaign creative and strategic development across social, digital, email, and DM working with advertising agencies.
- Build engagement based email journey strategy for engaging with both prospects and leads. Work with legal/compliance to understand rules related to contacting prospects in email and other channels.
- Work with digital team to develop campaign landing pages and lead forms as well as tracking UX/UI behaviors and channel/platform analytics.
- Ensure successful implementation of campaigns, maximizing their impact and alignment to campaign strategy and team goals. Includes the development and management of project timelines and status updates to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Additional trafficking support: internal stakeholder approvals, connections with owners of media buying, sales materials / collateral, enrollment marketing, etc.
- Stakeholder in QA process - tracking included, grammatically correct, ensures adherence to brand strategy, compliance and legal regulations (own submission of legal approval). Strong attention to detail required.
- Engage with Call Center / Inside Sales team and provide marketing support based on provider engagement and prospect acquisition lifecycle stage.
- Required knowledge of Workfront (or other project management) tool to project manage and traffic campaigns - includes tasks and workflows outside of Workfront that are also required in order to successfully launch and report out on campaign performance. Represent project status and updates with Performance Marketing - provide necessary direction and support as needed. Communicate any project challenges or changes to CMMs/project stakeholders.
- Campaign and program analytics ability to adjust campaigns based on findings and insight recommendations. Must uphold best practices, learn from past projects and working business knowledge to improve campaign planning and execution for future campaigns across the Wellness team.
- 50% Administrative: submitting POs in Coupa for projects, submitting projects for legal and compliance approval, working with performance marketing to execute campaigns from start to finish, partnering with channel delivery managers through launch and analysis. Organizing creative files, campaign report results tracking and campaign overviews.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a degree, 10 years of marketing experience identified below
- Minimum of 5 years marketing experience that includes innovating and executing comprehensive B2B & B2B2C multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, paid media and digital channels
- Minimum of 5 years client-facing experience in a sales, marketing, or business development capacity
Desired Criteria / Experience:
- High digital marketing experience in paid social, search, display, EM and DM
- DTC acquisition / lead gen and nurture experience, B2B preferred
- Salesforce marketing campaigns and Marketing Cloud
- Healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred
- Prior agency or project management experience preferred
- Strategic campaign development strategic planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience managing email marketing programs leveraging automation platforms
- Able to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and campaign recaps to help determine performance and next steps
- Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from multiple stakeholders, understanding workflows of project development to achieve goals
- Strong executive presences / presentation development - ability to exchange complex information and interface with cross functional teams both internally and externally.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, complex, environment and manage multiple projects with little supervision
- Experience managing creative agencies, research, or analytic partners
- Experience managing team expense budgets and forecasting
- Curious, flexible, high energy, self-starter with an emphasis on action rather than analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with ability to influence across all levels of organization
- Highly competent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Workfront
