Job description

The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a family therapist located in Los Angeles CA. This position can be remote. They are looking for a Marketing/Social Media Manager to join their team. The Social Media Manager will coordinate and execute the company’s social media marketing and advertising.

They are a therapist, an author and a coparenting coach. Their goal is to help coparents create secure structures and homes so that their kids can thrive, even in two homes. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with others. Social Media/Marketing duties

  1. Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)
  2. Produce and edit videos for social media content
  3. Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising
  4. Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
  5. Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)
  6. Manage Email marketing

Qualifications/Skills

  1. BS in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
  2. proven experience working with social media
  3. Goal oriented, self-directed and self-motivated within a team environment
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  5. Excellent quantitative, analytical, marketing and communication skills
  6. Deadline and detail oriented
  7. Familiarity with current social media platforms ( instagram, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube)
