Marketing Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Research & Assignment

• Research incoming inbound leads to understand company, role, industry, and fit
• Enrich lead records with accurate, complete information
• Route each lead to the appropriate salesperson or team using our internal tech stack, following established assignment rules
• Ensure leads are handed off promptly so no opportunity slips through the cracks
• Flag and escalate high-priority or high-fit leads as needed

Database Cleanup & Segmentation

• Clean and de-duplicate contact and account records across Salesforce and HubSpot
• Remove, archive, or update outdated and invalid contacts
• Research and look up new and existing contacts to fill data gaps
• Build new segmented contact lists to support targeted and ABM campaigns
• Help establish and maintain data hygiene standards and consistent field conventions

Qualifications

• Strong research skills and a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and learning new tools quickly
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks with consistency
• Self-directed and able to work independently once ramped
