Job description

About Us:

We are a fast-growing marketing solutions provider, delivering tailored campaigns and creative services to a diverse range of international clients. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Producer to join our team on a part-time contract basis to handle content creation and production tasks.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Producer with a strong background in content creation and digital marketing. In this role, you will execute marketing plans, create and manage content, and ensure that all deliverables meet our high standards. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead to ensure projects are completed on time and with precision.

Additional consideration will be given to candidates with skills in photo editing, graphic design, and/or video editing to assist with enhancing the visual impact of campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Production: Develop visual and written content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and objectives, using a mix of provided templates and original designs.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement marketing activities based on established quarterly plans, ensuring consistency across various channels.
  • Project Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Review & Adjust: Submit content for approval, respond to feedback, and make revisions as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Lead and other team members to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with Canva for design work and ChatGPT for content development.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Bonus Skills: Photo editing, graphic design, and/or video editing experience.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus (e.g., Notion, Clockify), but training can be provided.

Compensation & Workload:

  • Hourly pay based on project scope.
