Job description

For more than 40 years, our Customer has been following science and seeking solutions to unmet medical needs. They are a biotechnology corporation that makes medicines to treat patients with serious medical conditions. Their goal is to use the power of genetic engineering and advanced technologies to make medicines that address unmet medical needs, and help millions of people worldwide.

We are seeking a Omnichannel Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including marketers, cross-functional partners (Analytics, Medical, Access), external agencies, and sales/field personnel, to drive impactful marketing initiatives. With a focus on digital marketing, vendor management, and creating omnichannel experiences, this position offers ample opportunities to leverage key marketing skills and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and cross-functional partners to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Handle vendor management to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  • Create and facilitate compliance reviews using Veeva and ensure alignment with legal, medical, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop slide decks and educational materials that cover strategy, tactics, and tool rollouts.
  • Prepare Field Execution Memos and bulletins for approval and dissemination.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings to advance project goals and initiatives.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and analyze results for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about changes in the oncology market and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of omnichannel strategies.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and compliance processes, particularly in regulated industries.
  • Experience using Veeva or similar compliance review tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes with ease.
  • Experience in oncology or hematology marketing is a plus
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
