We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. Candidates local to Mountain View, San Francisco or San Diego, CA are preferred, but would be open to to all locations for the right talent (PST working hours).



Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
  • Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements.
  • Develops new business and expands product line.
  • Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
  • Prepares proposals to win new programs.



Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years (recent) experience in Project/Program management
  • Recent work experience in Marketing/Sales/Customer Service
  • Cross-functional leadership: Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams w/ preference in GTM processes and experience working with product and channels
  • Communication & stakeholder management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Flexibility: adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity
