We are seeking a Marketing Programs Specialist on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
In this role, you’ll support the development of integrated highest priority product launch strategies, digital playbooks, and marketing programs that drive engagement and growth across key product launches. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, apply a data-driven and innovative mindset, and manage projects that connect marketing strategy to execution. Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of global product launches with cross-functional and regional teams
- Deliver integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns connecting events, digital channels, and post-launch experiences
- Partner with data and analytics teams to build dashboards for insights, performance measurement, and optimization
- Manage projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure launch execution stays on track
- Build and refine go-to-market (GTM) playbooks, frameworks, and reporting tools
- Support content development, audience segmentation, and marketing automation initiatives to improve targeting and personalization
- Orchestrate and support the execution of launch program strategy across channel, content, and functional teams
- Implement integrated multi-channel launch planning and roadmaps
- Identify key dependencies and inputs across marketing, digital, field marketing, and sales teams
- Coordinate cohesive launch experiences across channels and event platforms to optimize customer journeys
- Drive standardization through processes, blueprints, and launch playbooks
- Partner with content strategy, digital, product marketing, sales, creative, and partner teams to develop compelling launch messaging and materials
- Build and support scalable launch operations, processes, and external partner relationships
- Monitor and report on launch campaign performance and KPIs
- Incorporate market trends and consumer insights into launch strategies to maximize impact
- Support event operations logistics for approved launch experiences
- Support business reviews and performance reporting for leadership
- Develop recommendations and surface key decisions for senior marketing leadership
- Support integrated planning across programs, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in digital, integrated marketing, events, and/or project management
- Experience working closely with product marketing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines effectively
- Highly collaborative with strong cross-functional partnership skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure impact and optimize campaigns
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable presenting insights and performance results to senior leadership
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau preferred
- Experience with campaign measurement and optimization
- B2B or SaaS marketing experience preferred
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce preferred
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and contact management preferred
- Interest and experience experimenting with AI and automation tools preferred
- Strong customer experience focus with ability to create seamless end-to-end journeys
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong attention to detail with balanced strategic and execution focus
