We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator on a contract basis to help our Customer with their business needs. This role is 100% remote.

We are looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team.

As a member of the Relationship Capital Marketing team, you will be supporting key operational needs for our executive engagement and customer community program. The team is passionate about driving customer value and orchestrating detailed coordination of various touch points across both internal and external executive experiences.

Relationship Capital Marketing is a specialized team within Global Customer Marketing focused on deepening executive-level relationships through programs that drive influence, trust, collaboration, and advocacy.

Consequentially, these relationships unlock, expand, and protect commercial spend with LMS customers.

The team has four program pillars: 1) Executive Events (The Collective) 2) Executive Briefings 3) Executive Partnerships 4) Scaled Engagement. This role would be focused on #1 & #2

Responsibilities:
• Coordination of event planning materials and event-specific logistics such as name tags, menus, and gift bags in partnership with external agencies
• Manage internal program operations and communications such as maintaining measurement and KPI trackers, oversee PIWA submissions, manage internal enablement channels and relevant business calendars
• Efficiently communicate with sales reps and managers
• Populate briefing templates and prep documentation ahead of events and client meetings
• Manage program inboxes and ensure customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner; route all inquires to appropriate internal team members
• Gather data from multiple sources (Tableau, Salesforce, Sales Navigator) to capture key customer details to inform program strategy
• Build and manage program invitations and relevant external website updates

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years project management or coordination experience-Marketing Coordination, Executive Briefing Coordination, Community Manager
  • PC proficiency in Outlook and MS Office, including Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting or working with marketing teams
  • Exceptional project management skills, including attention to producing quality results
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem-solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
