Responsibilities:

  • Craft value-based messaging using data and insights, and translate it into clear, consumable assets for frontline sales teams
  • Build sales go-to-market plans aligned with a “right message, right time” strategy
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between frontline teams and marketing partners, including Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Social
  • Develop enablement materials for frontline operators across multiple business lines, including seller, buyer, new construction, and lending-related services
  • Create scripts, SMS and email templates, flyers, pitch decks, playbooks, and other customer-facing messaging assets
  • Upload, organize, and manage enablement and marketing resources within a sales enablement platform
  • Monitor and analyze content performance (e.g., views, click-through rates) and optimize future materials based on insights
  • Execute content creation independently, collaborating with design partners as needed for visual assets
  • Focus primarily on execution and delivery while navigating fast-paced and occasionally reactive workstreams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and prioritization
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience creating sales enablement and marketing content for frontline sales teams.
  • Proven ability to develop enablement assets from scratch, including scripts, talk tracks, SMS and email templates, flyers, pitch content, sales playbooks, and go-to-market decks.
  • Must have hands-on experience managing, organizing, and maintaining enablement content in Highspot.
  • Experience performing basic reporting and analysis in Highspot, including reviewing views, engagement, and click-through rates to measure content effectiveness and inform optimization.
  • Must have proficiency with sales, marketing, and collaboration tools, including Highspot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, Jira, Tableau, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Zoom.
  • Experience working closely with sales or revenue teams and supporting multiple lines of business.
  • Background in technology or fast-paced environments; real estate experience is plus.
  • Experience in agency or in-house marketing environments.
  • Exposure to or experience in product marketing and go-to-market support.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling customer-facing and sales-facing messaging.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, including both planned and reactive work.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing partners, and designers.
