Job description

The Mom Project is thrilled to partner with our client! The were founded in 1998 and started as a manufacturers’ representative firm serving industries across the Midwest. The founder used his electrical engineering degree from Purdue University to partner with companies who were seeking a technically skilled rep firm to help bring their products to market. During the last 20 years, they have expanded across the USA and now services a wide range of industries, including: metals, mining, aggregates, intermodal facilities, food beverage, pharmaceutical, ports, warehousing and chemical.

About the Role:

Their goal for 2023 is to be proactive and create leads for the sales team by creating email campaigns. These will be sent to the current database, with possible new contacts from ZoomInfo using email automation platform, HubSpot. The client's goal is to focus on one brand per week and create a campaign highlighting a product sold by that brand. These email blasts will be targeted and need to be very well thought out. In addition, the client would like to increase LinkedIn presence with weekly posts highlighting their partners products.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Create and manage email campaign operations and strategy
  • Create a weekly calendar of LinkedIn posts
  • Creative email writing and outreach cadence strategy
  • Experienced email marketer to help create email format, subject line, etc.
  • Hubspot experience is a plus but not required.
  • Other CRM/Email Marketing Platform experience is highly preferred

About the client:

The client is like no other in the industrial sector. They know how to sell industrial goods and have the ability to use any channel that the market dictates. The client is currently on target to manage $12 million in sales with a staff of 9 individuals. They have three brands:

  • The manufacturers’ representative brand that sells products on a commission basis primarily in Indiana and the surrounding States.
  • The distributor brand that sell products primarily to the crane market (industrial, mobile, construction, and port) across the USA.
  • The importing brand that distributes products primarily from Europe into the mobile equipment safety market across the USA.

The client participate in niche markets that have no clear market leader. Their products are very well received and offer innovative solutions that help solve tough customer applications.
