Job description




Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support ongoing marketing initiatives, lead generation efforts, CRM management, and content execution. This contractor will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our HubSpot CRM environment while helping execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, has strong HubSpot CRM experience, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot CRM Administration & Marketing Automation

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM data integrity.
  • Build and optimize workflows, automation sequences, lead nurturing campaigns, and email marketing programs.
  • Create and manage lead scoring models.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting metrics.
  • Manage contact segmentation and database hygiene.
  • Support CRM integrations and troubleshoot marketing automation issues.

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Assist with content promotion across digital channels.
  • Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Draft and edit marketing content including emails, blogs, social media posts, and landing pages.
  • Manage website content updates within HubSpot CMS or other platforms.
  • Assist with SEO optimization and keyword strategy.
  • Support social media scheduling and engagement efforts.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs.
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Measure lead generation effectiveness and campaign ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

Lead Management Support

  • Partner with sales leadership to improve lead handoff processes.
  • Maintain lead lifecycle stages within HubSpot.
  • Support pipeline reporting and lead attribution analysis.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot CRM experience.
  • Experience building HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, lists, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and marketing automation.
  • Experience with email marketing and content marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • HubSpot Certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or CRM Administration).
  • B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience supporting sales enablement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
  • Experience with Canva, WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools.
