Job description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist on a contract basis to help design, produce, and ship loyalty marketing collateral to partner merchants. This includes creating marketing assets, assembling and producing signage, and coordinating distribution. The role also involves gathering product feedback and collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate product launches.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional requirements to be on-site at a corporate office. Limited travel to merchants (less than once per quarter) may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing assets for merchant loyalty program launches.
- Create, assemble, and ship signage and other marketing collateral to partner restaurants nationwide.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including implementation, operations, and product, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Track and manage multiple shipments simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.
- Gather product and program feedback from merchants to inform improvements and optimizations.
- Maintain adherence to brand guidelines and campaign requirements across all assets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4+ years of professional experience, with a track record of success and increasing responsibility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable working with technical products and hardware.
- Experience managing and tracking shipments and logistics.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Canva.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace.
