Job description
Our Customer is an American financial services and digital payments company based in San Francisco, California. They’re working to help their diverse audiences — sellers, individuals, artists, fans, developers, and all the people in between — overcome barriers to access the economy.
Our Customer is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Template Designer on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including direct mail and other printed collateral, static display banners, landing pages, and digital layouts, and branded templates for social and email, when needed.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring campaign concepts to life
- Uphold brand standards while delivering creative solutions that are visually dynamic and effective
- Translate creative direction and feedback into polished final deliverables
- Execute high-quality work within tight timelines, balancing creativity with efficiency
- Prepare production-ready assets and liaise with developers or printers when necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in marketing, advertising, or a creative agency environment
- Extensive experience at agencies or a dynamic company
- Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital work
- Proven ability to design across formats and media—print, web, social, email
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop); Figma
- Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines while pushing for fresh, exciting design
- Clear communicator who gives and receives feedback well and thrives in a collaborative environment
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
