We are seeking a Menu Operations Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Part-time, 20 hours/week
What You'll Do:
- Build reporting to understand the current state of items on restaurant menus and track item quality metrics.
- Review menu data and enhance it with additional tags and metadata.
- Implement bulk menu update processes, including photos and large-scale menu item changes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure procedures and best practices are followed.
- Track progress against key business objectives such as sales volume, GMV impact, and attachment rate.
- Conduct informational interviews with merchants and customers to understand menu-related problems and experiences with menu features.
- Complete ad hoc menu requests aligned with business objectives.
- Streamline processes when optimizations are identified.
- Create go-to-market materials to educate merchants about new features (e.g., pitch decks).
Qualifications:
- SQL knowledge
- Coachable on Technology and Data - Ability to use communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, in addition to internal systems
- Ability to learn and execute on multi-step processes such as menu creation, onboarding setup, etc.
- Ability to operate at the lowest level of detail with excellent accuracy and productivity
- Excellent Communication and Time-Management Skills
- Ability to effectively articulate issues, understand problems, and implement solutions
- You are comfortable working across multiple projects, teams, and priorities - and hitting deadlines
- Experience with manipulating large datasets or dashboards is a big plus
