Job description

By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.

We are seeking a Menu Operations Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

20-40 hrs per week (will vary per week)



What You'll Do:

  • Building reporting to understand current state of items on restaurant menus as well as track item quality metrics
  • Implementing bulk menu update processes including photo, description, and item changes at scale
  • Working closely with cross functional teams to ensure we are following procedures and best practices
  • Tracking progress against key business objectives including sales volume, AOV impact, and attachment rate
  • Complete ad hoc menu requests aligning with business objectives
  • Streamlining processes when optimizations are available

Qualifications:
  • SQL experience
  • Coachable on Technology and Data - Ability to use communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets in addition to internal systems
  • Ability to learn and execute on multi-step processes such as menu creation, onboarding set up etc.
  • Ability to operate at the lowest level of detail with excellent accuracy and productivity
  • Excellent Communication and Time-Management Skills - Ability to effectively articulate issues, understand problems and implement solutions
  • You are comfortable working across multiple projects, teams and priorities - and hitting deadlines
  • Experience with manipulating large datasets or dashboards is a big plus
