We are seeking a Menu Operations Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role will support our menu optimization efforts, specifically focused on assortment, imagery, description, and pricing for menu items. You'll be focused on updating and tracking item quality across the restaurant marketplace. You will have the opportunity to work with product and partnerships teams to drive the long term strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Building reporting to understand current state of items on restaurant menus as well as track item quality metrics
- Implementing bulk menu update processes including photo, description, and item changes at scale
- Sourcing assets for branded items
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we are following procedures and best practices
- Tracking progress against key business objectives including sales volume, AOV impact, and attachment rate
- Complete ad hoc menu requests aligning with business objectives
- Streamlining processes when optimizations are available
Required skills:
- You have intermediate/advanced SQL experience
- You have exceptional analytical experience (Excel/Google Sheets), and are proficient at (or a fast learner of) a variety of other tech platforms
- You are comfortable working across multiple projects, teams and priorities - and hitting deadlines
- You have a proven track record of leading projects and delivering results needed to complete business goals in a complex and fast moving environment
- You are process driven. You excel in getting to a low-level of understanding, and driving operational improvements accordingly
- Experience with manipulating large datasets or dashboards is a big plus
