We are seeking a Merchant Strategy and Operations Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.


This role will drive impact and solve problems by digging into the details, speaking with the Merchants, and building strong team collaboration. You will help own the onboarding lifecycle for the newly acquired Merchants and help shape the success of these merchants on the platform. To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication and organizational skills as well as a strong ability to review data.



Responsibilities:

  • Operate: You have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Analyze: You are comfortable being provided with large sets of data to review and identify trends
  • Communicate: You are comfortable with reaching out to Merchants to understand their onboarding journey


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent amount of work experience
  • 1+ years of work experience in a fast-paced operations/analyst role in technology, hospitality, or grocery & convenience
  • Highly motivated individual who can work independently
  • Natural problem solver, willing to triage problems that may not have a pre-defined solution. Fluent English and have above average technical fluency (typing speed of 40 WPM).
  • Effective written communication skills--including top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually using the brand voice and tone
  • Above average in technological fluency, and are especially comfortable with Google Sheets. Owner/self-starter
  • A bias towards action and are proactive in taking on new opportunities to identify solutions, and areas to add value
  • Naturally curious – You always look for ways to improve existing processes
  • Bonus Points for… Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack and familiarity with SQL
