Our Customer is seeking a CPG Partnerships Mid-Market Junior Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

The CPG Partnerships Mid-Market Junior Manager will support the company efforts in adopting and partnering with major CPGs across grocery, convenience, restaurant, and retail markets. Digital grocery and convenience is expanding, and is making meaningful strides to become a leader in this sector. You will build partnerships that create tangible value for both the company and advertisers. In this role, you will manage activations for net-new accounts, develop ads strategies across a portfolio of accounts, drive adoption of growing ads and promotions offering, and support the team in campaign execution and performance. You will also work cross-functionally with account management, marketing, analytics, and product to innovate on future approach and solutions. You will report into an Industry Manager of CPG Partnership within the Enterprise Sales & Business Development organization.


What You’ll Do:

  • Be part of the growing Ads & Promos team
  • Support campaign execution and performance with the largest advertisers
  • Oversee the strategy for engaging with net-new accounts
  • Onboard new clients within your portfolio
  • Steer the development, adoption and scaling of CPG revenue
  • Develop long-term business plans alongside the partners for their multi-channel customer strategies
  • Maintain pitch decks and sales content to help produce new business opportunities
  • Create marketing campaigns; own post-campaign reporting
  • Work with partners across the company to align companywide resources to help build-out the partners' digital businesses
  • Lead end-to-end marketing conversations across a portfolio of consumer packaged goods (CPG) advertisers


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • You have 3+ years of cross-functional operational experience
  • Impact Motivated -- You have a natural desire to improve the overall business and willing to lean in wherever necessary
  • Curious -- You love digging into low levels of detail to extract insights
  • Strategic -- You love to find the win-win in novel agreement structures to grow business with partners
  • Diverse -- You have experience in project management and are happy juggling many priorities concurrently
  • Business Development and Partnerships experience
  • Experience with Analytics and Presentation tools
  • You have proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Snowflake, Sigma, etc.)
