Job description
Our Customer is a mission-driven not-for-profit organization that connects students to college success and opportunity. Founded in 1900, they were created to expand access to higher education. Today, the membership association is made up of over 6,000 of the world’s leading educational institutions and is dedicated to promoting excellence and equity in education. Each year, our Customer helps more than seven million students prepare for a successful transition to college through programs and services in college readiness and college success—including the SAT, the Advanced Placement Program, and BigFuture. The organization also serves the education community through research and advocacy on behalf of students, educators, and schools.
We are seeking a Multimedia Editor and Designer on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the production team to develop and design motion graphics and animated content for video projects.
- Edit video footage, adding effects, graphics, and animations to enhance final products.
- Ensure all projects align with brand guidelines and visual standards
- Make edits to existing templates to customize them for various projects.
- Share best practices and techniques to help elevate the skill set of the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must-haves:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Expert level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to receive feedback and make adjustments in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in producing educational video content is a plus.
