We are seeking a Program Manager (Non-IT) for 2 main learning programs: Sustainability Champions and AI learning initiatives on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote (PST or Hybrid Chicago)



Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development, coordination, and delivery of regional and global sustainability learning programs for key business line audiences
  • Manage stakeholders by aligning priorities, managing learning projects, and serving as the point of contact for business line learning needs
  • Act as an L&D subject matter expert by sharing best practices and advocating for sustainability learning programs
  • Partner with instructional designers and business stakeholders to develop new programs, including creating and communicating briefs
  • Support content development activities, including script writing and filming as required
  • Maintain a deep understanding of sustainability learning programs, existing content, and available resources
  • Own project plans and manage end-to-end execution of learning initiatives
  • Collaborate with business teams to engage and motivate learners to adopt and embed sustainability skills into their work
  • Monitor and track performance metrics and apply workforce analytics to generate insights, adjustments, and recommendations
  • Facilitate live learning sessions virtually and in-person when required


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong project and program management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with SMEs and stakeholders across varying seniority levels
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Cultural fit: interest or passion for sustainability, adaptable, collaborative, solutions-focused.
  • Experience and knowledge in sustainability and/or net zero carbon within the built environment
  • Strong understanding of organizational teams, how they collaborate, and how sustainability intersects with business operations
  • Ability to leverage existing content, resources, and technology to meet business learning needs
  • Ability to bring a practical and global perspective and make learning programs accessible to a broad employee base
  • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and drive rapid execution


Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience in learning and development programs
  • Familiarity with AI or sustainability initiatives
  • Experience in global companies and virtual team coordination
  • Knowledge of Workday (learning management system) is a plus
