Job description
A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract Assistant Website Manager to help support their business needs.A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract Non-Technical Data Analyst to help support their business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Execute AT&T to Telus migration of the existing carpark.
- Execute and review the results of the migration.
- Identify and correct any failed migrations.
- Review various reports and dashboards to identify anomalies in expected processes and investigate any discrepancies.
- Work with large file sizes (Excel, Notepad), reprocessing them through multiple tools and workflows to ensure successful completion.
- Adapt to changing business needs, with potential for extended responsibilities as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 2-4 years of applicable experience
- SQL and database language proficiency, including basic coding and syntax understanding
- Experience reviewing and interpreting system logs, with the ability to follow call flows and API flows for debugging
- Familiarity with cellular provisioning concepts and carrier activation processes is preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong data validation habits
- Disciplined in following structured processes and documenting issues clearly
- Curious and investigative mindset, with willingness to dig into errors and ask “why”
Preferred:
- Python knowledge
- JSON knowledge
- Background in cellular sales or provisioning environments, such as carrier kiosks or similar customer activation workflows
Hours and Location:
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
- Hybrid Role - Tues, Weds, Thurs in-office in Warren, MI
- Mon and Fri WFH
