Job description

The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, Workato - a leading Enterprise Automation Platform that enables both business and IT teams to integrate their apps and automate business workflows without compromising security and governance - in their search for an Office Assistant.

We are looking for an exceptional Office Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in regularly interacting with employees, customers, vendors, and building management. The Office Assistant will work with the Office Manager as support for our HQ in Mountain View, CA as well as assist the Administrative Team as needed. This is a part-time role, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with some flexibility in scheduling. This is not a remote work role and the ability to work in the Mountain View office is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining overall office organization, ensuring the space is organized and visually appealing
  • Monitoring supplies: Order and stock snacks and supplies as needed
  • Sorting and distributing mail and other communications
  • Coordinating office entry badges utilizing the badging system, ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Supporting meetings, events, and meals, as required
  • Assisting with various projects, including promo research/purchasing, events, and other research requests
  • Maintaining Administrative Team ticketing system and filter requests to appropriate owners
  • Building and maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues

Qualifications:????

  • 1+ years of administrative/office support experience
  • Experience with Slack and/or Google suite including Gmail, calendars, Sheets and Docs
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and ability to take direction and follow through independently
