Job description

A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract Office Clerk to help support their business needs.


The main functions of an Office Clerk may include sorting checks, keeping payroll records, taking inventory, and distributing mail. A typical office clerk acts as an information and communication distributor for an office.


This is a warehouse office environment with some responsibilities requiring being on the warehouse floor.



Responsibilities:

  • General office administrative duties
  • Daily use of all Microsoft applications
  • FedEx ship manager
  • Management of office and warehouse indirect materials
  • Creation and tracking of warehouse-related announcements, handouts, and huddle talks
  • Data and Metric tracking and reconciliation within different applications


Skills and Responsibilities:

  • A high school diploma or GED is typically required.
  • Administrative/customer service-related experience required.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


Hours and Location:

  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
  • On-site in Aurora, CO
