Job description
The part-time Office Coordinator will work closely with the HR team and local leadership to provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the office. This role is the key person to enable not only local employees, but to help coordinate and host company events. Note: Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Schedule: This is a 10-hr per week position, must be able to work in the office three days a week, with working hours scheduled between 9:00am-2:00pm.
Key Position Responsibilities
- This role is onsite at our Grand Forks office location.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Manage regular inventory restocking of office supplies and kitchen refreshments as needed.
- Support the coordination of in-office and virtual events and meetings. Including scheduling, sending out communications, securing venues/meeting spaces, ordering catering, etc.
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
- Communicate with the building manager to coordinate cleaning and maintenance.
- Willing to work additional hours as needed.
