Job description
Our client, the world’s leading payments consultancy, is looking for an Office Manager to join their team!
Office Operations:
· Maintain a well-organized and tidy office space, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
· Oversee office and kitchen supplies inventory and place orders as necessary, maintaining optimal stock levels.
· Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities, with building management team.
· Facilitate all onsite meetings for employees or external visitors including ordering lunches, refreshments and preparing meeting rooms in advance.
· Manage the online parking validation system and fitness center enrollment system.
Health and Safety Compliance:
· Review Floor Warden Training materials provided by Lincoln Property Company and be familiar with established emergency exits and rally points.
Administrative Support:
· Assist with submitting expenses for 2 Executives
· Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls and passing on messages to relevant people in the company.
· Handle the incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner.
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with acute attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, expenses software, and any other relevant software.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take initiative to support our Atlanta office.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making in a variety of situations.
