Job description
The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a medical sales company, located in Burlington, MA! They are looking for an Operations Associate to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, time management, and controls. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience working in a fast paced environment.
Must live in Burlington, Massachusetts area and be able to come in the office at least 3 days a week
Core responsibilities
- Manage facility tasks such as purchasing office furniture and equipment, maintenance and repairs, security systems & infrastructure issues
- Maintain inventory of all office & kitchen supplies
- Proactively determine the company's space needs as the company grows, evaluate space options and coordinate move and/or expansion activities
- Admin support for executive team on an as need basis, e.g. support travel planning and expenses
- Track and document all team travel and manage the corporate calendar
- Assist in the coordination of company events, such as team outings and holiday parties
- Additional duties as requested
Qualifications/Skills
- Associate or bachelor's degree recommended
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
- Proficiency with on-line meeting tools
- Experience working with QuickBooks a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
