Job description

The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a medical sales company, located in Burlington, MA! They are looking for an Operations Associate to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, time management, and controls. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience working in a fast paced environment.

Must live in Burlington, Massachusetts area and be able to come in the office at least 3 days a week

Core responsibilities

  • Manage facility tasks such as purchasing office furniture and equipment, maintenance and repairs, security systems & infrastructure issues
  • Maintain inventory of all office & kitchen supplies
  • Proactively determine the company's space needs as the company grows, evaluate space options and coordinate move and/or expansion activities
  • Admin support for executive team on an as need basis, e.g. support travel planning and expenses
  • Track and document all team travel and manage the corporate calendar
  • Assist in the coordination of company events, such as team outings and holiday parties
  • Additional duties as requested

Qualifications/Skills

  • Associate or bachelor's degree recommended
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
  • Proficiency with on-line meeting tools
  • Experience working with QuickBooks a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Vaccinated against COVID-19
