Job description
The Mom Project is excited to partner with our Cincinnati based client, a home staging company who has made a significant impact on the local Real Estate Market. They are seeking a Part-Time Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their Cincinnati office. Scheduling is flexible and the commitment will range from 20-25 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Bookkeeping
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Reconciling bank statements
- Receiving requests for materials and equipment for the team
- Providing overall support for the term of office personnel and stagers
Skills/qualifications:
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Fast paced collaborate environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
