Job description

The Mom Project is excited to partner with our Cincinnati based client, a home staging company who has made a significant impact on the local Real Estate Market. They are seeking a Part-Time Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their Cincinnati office. Scheduling is flexible and the commitment will range from 20-25 hours per week. 

Responsibilities include:


  • Bookkeeping

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable

  • Reconciling bank statements

  • Receiving requests for materials and equipment for the team

  • Providing overall support for the term of office personnel and stagers

Skills/qualifications:


  • QuickBooks experience preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite

  • Fast paced collaborate environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
