They offer products and services that allow customers to oversee time tracking, procurement, employee data, financial accounting, and expense management at anytime and anywhere. We are seeking an Omnichannel Audience Analyst on a contract basis to support the company’s global marketing organization through leading audience analysis and intelligence that will drive growth. You will support driving audience discovery and activation strategy, through working closely with a broad set of cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for assisting in audience analysis, models, and segmentation for omnichannel campaign activation. You will work with a variety of analytics tools and technologies to support delivering against audience segmentation requirements defined by the Omni Audience Managers and maintaining related systems that house various data elements. This role is onsite at our Customer's location in Pleasanton, CA.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in developing audience management strategies to help drive marketing omnichannel campaigns
- Collaborate with Omni Channel Managers, Digital Marketing Managers, Marketing Analytics, and Content teams in planning analysis for audience discovery throughout the year
- Partner with the Marketing Analytics team to produce relevant insight reports from various data sources (e.g. site reports, event reports, trends analysis, topics analysis, audience analysis) that support audience creation and lead generation performance
- Assist in designing research concepts formulating hypotheses and testing scenarios that are suited for digital media data sets
- Support in the preparation of analyzing and presenting key findings and recommended actions to key internal and external partners to solicit feedback and gain alignment
- Support best practices with audience processes related to Bombora, Real-Time CDP, and Liveramp
- Provide audience support for Bombora, Adobe Audience Manager, LiveRamp, and Real-time CDP
Must Haves:
- Analytical problem solver with a consistent track record in conceptualizing insights for potential targeting within media programs and overall analysis
- Strong communication and skills
- Light exposure Data Management Platforms, including light exposure in a DMP interface to build traits, and segments, push audience live, and prepare audience analysis
- Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem (Ad servers, ad exchanges, and bidding algorithms)
- Excels in a fast-paced, multiple-project environment on an independent basis and with minimal direction
- A great teammate who is able to work collaboratively within the group and across business units/functions
- Microsoft Excel experience
- General understanding of Digital Marketing including Adobe Analytics, Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC), Targeted Display (Banner Advertising), Native Advertising, Web Site Optimization, including services for Organic Search SEO, Social Media Advertising, and Email Marketing
- General understanding of 1st and 3rd party data and situational implementation of them
- Fast learner with a drive to take on technical tasks
- Innovative mindset to drive the future of best audience practices
- Understand areas of digital analytics development and execution, preferably with Adobe Audience Manager administration, Adobe Analytics Administration, segmentation analysis, and web analytics segmentation
- Exposure to identity resolution tools and customer data platforms preferred
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Hours & Location
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is a hybrid setup with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite in Pleasanton, CA.
