Job description

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Project Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new regional grocery merchants through Local Express integration
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process using launch tracking tools to ensure successful merchant activation
  • Serve as the primary merchant-facing contact throughout onboarding and first 30 days post-launch
  • Maintain and manage partnership relationship with Local Express to support merchant integrations
  • Lead weekly coordination calls with Local Express to review outstanding tasks, blockers, and progress
  • Participate in weekly pipeline review calls to track merchants in the integration process
  • Communicate closely with merchants to guide them through onboarding steps and expectations
  • Partner with internal catalog teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve integration issues
  • Track onboarding milestones, risks, and timelines to ensure smooth launches
  • Identify and escalate issues that may impact activation success


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, customer success, or client-facing roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills with internal teams, partners, and merchants
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
  • Ability to track multiple workflows, tasks, and stakeholders end-to-end
  • Strong problem-solving and process coordination skills
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Efficient and proactive in driving tasks forward
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Confidence in managing multiple moving parts simultaneously
