Our Customer is seeking an Onboarding Specialist on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end onboarding of regional grocery merchants using local express integration
- Execute all steps within the launch tracker to ensure timely and successful merchant activation
- Drive merchant success during the first 30 days post-launch, ensuring smooth adoption of the platform
- Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, providing clear guidance and support throughout onboarding
- Maintain and manage the partnership with Local Express, ensuring alignment on integration progress
- Lead and participate in weekly calls with Local Express to review progress, address blockers, and track outstanding tasks
- Monitor and manage the Local Express merchant pipeline, ensuring readiness and timely onboarding
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Catalog team) to resolve data or integration issues
- Track onboarding progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
- Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, customer success, or client-facing roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both internal teams and external partners
- Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end and drive them to completion
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Efficient and proactive in managing tasks and timelines
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and externally with partners
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to changes
