Job Description:

Seeking a Business Operations Associate to provide administrative support across several core areas of the company, including human resources, recruiting coordination, finance administration, and marketing support. This role serves as a central operational hub within the company. You will help keep day-to-day business functions organized and progressing by tracking tasks, coordinating schedules, following up on outstanding items, and ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage recruiting pipelines and scheduling interviews
  • Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up
  • Support trade shows and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain documentation, coordinating onboarding, and assist with general human resources administration.
  • This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. The right person is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneously in a structured remote environment.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in human resources, administration, employee engagement or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear and professional written communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage follow-ups and move tasks to completion without constant oversight
  • Comfort working in a remote, structured environment
  • Experience in a small company environment is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
