Operations Analyst

About the Job

We seek an organized, highly detailed, experienced Operations Analyst for part-time remote contracting. As our Operations Analyst, you will help ensure our employees and contractors have the tools and processes they need to provide outstanding and extremely responsive support to our clients. We are an entirely remote organization. We value work-life balance and aim to create a joy-filled work environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Providing operational support to Partners throughout the lifetime of a project, including project set-up, ongoing support and close-out, including responsibilities such as -
  2. Monitoring Salesforce activity
  3. Creating the project in Asana
  4. Preparing vendor contracts
  5. Attending internal project kick-off meetings
  6. Updating project financials
  7. Completing, assigning and following up on operations tasks throughout the project lifecycle
  8. Working with Partners and their teams, as needed, to help troubleshoot problems and ensure client satisfaction
  9. Assisting in managing the organization’s 401K, healthcare and FSA programs to help ensure -
  10. Timely renewals
  11. Accurate and timely onboarding and offboarding
  12. Processing changes
  13. Troubleshooting between employees and HR (401K, Healthcare, FSA)
  14. Helping develop and maintain processes and procedures, including -
  15. Updating Asana as needed
  16. As needed and in coordination with the leadership team, update our operational processes and procedures to meet evolving business needs while striving to maintain efficiency and quality of service provision.
  17. Assisting in business development activities, including preparing and providing required company-specific proposal documents, as required
  18. Assist with human resource functions, including creating job descriptions, hiring contractors, overseeing staff training, and developing and implementing staff evaluations.
  19. Assisting in managing and maintaining the organization’s social media channels
  20. Onboarding and offboarding of new employees and contractors
  21. Assisting in establishing processes and procedures that improve efficiency while making the Partners’ jobs easier and improving overall organizational performance.
  22. Helping Partners and contractors troubleshoot system issues
  23. Identifying and helping to resolve organizational areas or processes needing improvements
  24. Scanning and processing incoming mail
  25. Assisting with organization-wide document preparation and data ent, as needed

  12. Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred -

  1. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  2. 5+ years in operations management or a related field, with demonstrated leadership and project management experience
  3. Experience working successfully in a fully remote environment
  4. Very strong G-Suite and Asana experience
  5. Consulting or private-sector experience or a similar understanding of for-profit business principles
  6. Social media and/or marketing experience preferred
  7. PMP certification or similar demonstrated project-management experience
