We are seeking an Operations Associate on a contract basis to support hourly and daily quality management and support across a new, growing program.
Available schedules include:
- EST hours: Monday–Friday
- PST hours: 11:00 AM onwards, Monday–Friday
- CST hours: Saturday–Wednesday
Responsibilities:
- Support hourly and daily quality management operations
- Execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures.
- Utilize and maintain proficiency with internal operational tools.
- Interact regularly with customers, merchants, and delivery partners.
- Identify and address fulfillment challenges before they become widespread.
- Support Emerging Categories operations through proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Contribute to the launch and testing of new pilot initiatives and operational processes.
- Adapt quickly to changing operational contexts and business needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and adapt to evolving workflows.
- Experience supporting logistics, fulfillment, delivery, or operational environments.
- Experience interacting with customers or operational stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to learn and navigate internal tools and processes efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and operational support skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in last-mile logistics or delivery operations, including FedEx, UPS, or similar high-visibility delivery environments.
- Experience using Slack for communication and collaboration.
