About Our Client:
Our Client is a boutique sales consulting firm partnering with some of the fastest-growing Seed–Series B startups, including multiple YC-backed companies, to build and operationalize go-to-market strategy.

They have over 15 years of GTM experience, working hands-on with founders, sales teams, and operators to develop narrative, structure revenue motions, and accelerate repeatable growth.

The Role:

They are hiring a Founder’s Operations Assistant to act as the operational backbone and execution partner to the founder across:

  • Operations
  • Growth pipeline support
  • Content and brand coordination
  • Systems and process improvement
  • Upcoming podcast launch logistics

This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and takes pride in keeping moving parts organized and aligned.

This role is not for someone seeking rigid structure, predictable routine, or step-by-step direction. It is for someone who wants responsibility, exposure, and accelerated career growth in startups.

What You’ll Own:

Operations:

  • Manage inbox and calendar with precision and follow-through
  • Maintain CRM and Notion accuracy and organization
  • Send invoices and support client administration
  • Support recruiting workflows (posting roles, tracking candidates, scheduling interviews)

Growth & Pipeline Support:

  • Use (or learn) Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM workflows
  • Track founders, investors, events, conversations, and signals worth engaging
  • Maintain relationship intelligence and light-touch follow-up workflows

Content & Brand:

  • Assist with deck creation and iteration (Gamma / Canva)
  • Manage posting cadence and publishing for content authored by the founder
  • Make light updates to the MarketPull website as needed

Podcast (Launching Soon):

  • Coordinate guest outreach and scheduling
  • Manage episode upload and light editing, or manage outsourced editing

Systems & Process:

  • Create simple internal systems and documentation
  • Set up small workflow integrations (e.g., DocuSign → Slack)
  • Maintain clean, usable, well-structured internal workspaces
