Job description

We are seeking an Operations Associate on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote in the following locations: San Francisco and Menlo Park, CA, and New York. NY. Candidates need to be near any of the mentioned offices for an in-office visit once in a while
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the operational activities of the company's Partnerships organization related to deal management, partner management, or cross-organizational planning and prioritization
- Lead operational reviews to drive decision-making and assess progress against goals and priorities
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and build plans to execute and scale these operational improvement programs
- Operationalize connections across cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, deeper collaboration, or greater efficiency
- Drive leadership meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities
- Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure
Skills:
- Microsoft office, Word, Excel
- HTML, SQL, and Data Visualization tools
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
- 8-10 years of work experience
- 5+ years of experience in business operations in the technology/internet or digital media space
- Comfortable with the operational cadences with business operations for product organizations
- Ability to influence and work with senior stake holders in a highly matrixed organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience leading operations and process improvement projects in consulting and/or in a relevant operations function
- Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of driving projects from concept to execution
- Experience in VR, AR and AI is a plus
- Comfortable with data analytics (desired)
