We are seeking an Operations Associate, Digital Adoption on a contract basis to support our customer's business needs. The company is working on improving the support agent experience by training them on processes related to the checkout process for over-the-phone ordering. This role will support the Quality Team and is responsible for helping agents adhere to ordering flow by creating and maintaining workflows and prompts built on the WalkMe platform. This role is 100% remote in Eastern Standard hours.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the company's Voice Ordering Quality team
- Learn the WalkMe software to develop, test, and launch training workflows within WalkMe across multiple platforms
- Communicate risks and challenges with the workflow creation process
- Monitor, organize, and maintain created workflows, triaging and remediating those that break
- Collaborate with the broader Quality Team to ensure WalkMe workflows get built according to the team’s requirements
- Identify opportunities to streamline the WalkMe workflow development process
- Build workflows for additional use cases as they come up, aimed at automating agents’ actions and improving process adherence
Must Haves:
- A Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of recent learning and development, technical writing, and/or tool administrator experience
- Experience with WalkMe or jQuery/JavaScript
- An eagerness to learn new tools that facilitate training
- Attention to detail and interpersonal skills, and experience working cross-functionally
- Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
- The ability to meet deadlines, manage workload and prioritize tasks
- Strong Google Documents/Office skills, including Excel and Word
- Prior WalkMe experience and Basic HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience
