Our Customer is seeking an Operations Clerk on a contract basis to provide administrative and operational support to the LCSP (Local Commerce Service Partner) team. LCSP partners operate their own fleet of W2 drivers who deliver orders in select markets across the United States. This role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, investigating delivery issues, and providing live partner support.
This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Upload fleet schedules into the system.
- Review and investigate delivery issues to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
- Assess quality infraction appeals and deactivate low-performing drivers when necessary.
- Provide real-time support to LCSP partners, troubleshooting technical issues and app glitches.
- Deliver regular updates via Slack, Zoom, and email to partners and management.
- Conduct analyses and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, customer support, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as per the required schedule.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
- Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
