Job description

By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.


Our Customer is seeking an Operations Clerk on a contract basis to perform administrative tasks to support the Transformation Strategy & Operations team. They are working with various 3rd party entrepreneurs to operate a Local Commerce Service Partner ("LCSP"). These Partners have hired their own fleet of W2 drivers to deliver orders. The LCSP Partners and their fleet are located throughout Alabama, California, Missouri, Oregon, and Texas.


This role is 100% remote, MST or PST preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Update the LCSP's onboarding tracker with the Background Check results
  • Create driver profiles for the LCSP's new hires
  • Offboarding terminated LCSP employees
  • Review and investigate potential delivery issues to help better understand the cause
  • Assist the LCSP with driver dispatching in the company portal. Detailed instructions will be provided to the Operations Clerk so they can fulfill each of these activities.


Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required
  • 2-4 years of experience in the field or a related area.
