Job description
Our small financial services firm is looking to fill an operations director role. This role will require the wearing of a few different hats. This role was previously held by another mom who needed flexibility in her career. She has grown with the company & now they are looking to fill her position.
Responsibilities:
- Manipulating spreadsheets to:
- Assist with payroll
- Update income statements
- Additional special projects
- Assist with processing of account opening
- Maintenance of client accounts at the custodians.
- Previous experience in the financial services field
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Hardworking, capable, trusting, and fun person.
