Job description

Our client is a fast-growing, small cybersecurity startup seeking a proactive and highly organized Part-Time Operations and Marketing Lead to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the company's growth, working directly with the founders to streamline operations and drive key initiatives.


This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping a small team succeed. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing projects and meetings to overseeing their marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee and coordinate various company projects, ensuring deadlines are met and all stakeholders are aligned. Proactively manage and schedule internal and external meetings for the leadership team, ensuring agendas are set and follow-up actions are documented.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads. This includes creating content, managing social media, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM. You will be responsible for data entry, contact segmentation, and generating reports to track our sales and marketing efforts.
  • Key Account Support: Act as a point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and building strong, long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a project management, operations, or marketing role, preferably within a startup environment.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
