Job description
Core Responsibilities
- Support daily office and clinic operations
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and administrative workflows
- Assist with billing reconciliation, invoice tracking, and vendor/contractor payment approvals
- Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Maintain organized systems, supplies, and operational processes
- Assist with special projects and wellness events
- Help create a polished, calm, and welcoming environment
Qualifications/Skills
- Experience in admin, operations, office coordination, or executive support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with financial and operational workflows
- Warm, professional communicator with good judgment
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets, and invoicing/payment systems (Bill.com)
- Discreet, dependable, and self-directed
