Position: Operations Manager
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain client satisfaction through professional communication and responsive support
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles and payment reconciliation to maintain healthy cash flow
- Familiar with bookkeeping best practices
- Oversee critical business platforms including QuickBooks and various SaaS tools
- Maintain and update website content to ensure our digital presence remains current
- Streamline internal processes to maximize team efficiency and service delivery
Required Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
- Experience with financial management and billing systems
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Basic technical aptitude for managing websites and SaaS platforms
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in operations management
- Experience with content management systems
- Working knowledge of common business software and tools
- Prefer to be located in CST timezone
