Operations Manager (Remote, Flexible, 20+hrs/week)
Our Client - Travel & Leisure company
- Remote
Job description
Operations Manager (Remote, Flexible Work, 20+ hrs/week)
We believe travel should be stress-free — starting with where you leave your car. Our platform partners with top-rated facilities near major U.S. airports to offer travelers the best rates and free 24/7 shuttles. We’re on a mission to make airport parking ridiculously cheap and simple, every time.
We’re looking for an Operations Manager who loves creating order, leading people, and making sure everything runs on time and smoothly. If you thrive on organizing, delegating, and finding smarter ways to get work done (hello automation + AI!), this role gives you the chance to shine.
This is a fully remote role with flexible hours. We expect a commitment of at least 20 hours per week, with room to expand as the role grows. We’re also very flexible with time off and offer unlimited unpaid vacation — so you can balance life and work in the way that suits you best.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support our operations team with clarity and accountability.
- Keep projects and tasks moving on schedule — nothing falls through the cracks.
- Oversee key workflows like new partner onboarding, test bookings, payouts, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Build systems that make operations more efficient, reliable, and scalable.
- Create and track KPIs, sharing insights with leadership to guide growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing people and operations — you know how to delegate and inspire.
- A love of organization — you keep teams aligned and projects on track.
- Strong communication and follow-through; people trust you to get things done.
- Comfort with Google Suite and familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Stripe, PayPal, Routable, Excel.
- Bonus: you’ve used automation or AI tools to streamline workflows.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- 100% remote with flexible scheduling (minimum 20 hrs/week).
- Unlimited unpaid vacation and flexible time off.
- A team that values trust, autonomy, and results over micromanagement.
- A growing company where your voice and systems will shape the future of how we scale.
- The satisfaction of creating order and impact in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
