Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.


We are seeking an Sales Operations Coordinator on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs.


This role supports the coordination, facilitation, logistics, and fulfillment of internal assets that enable commercial activities, with a focus on system and product demonstration programs.


This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to efficiently process requests and manage workflows. The position collaborates closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate allocation and delivery of assets supporting sales and marketing events.


Location: Peachtree Corners, GA, with an onsite schedule of four days per week; work hours are 30 hours per week, Monday through Thursday.



Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with commercial teams on program timelines, surveys, tracking, and asset movement
  • Balance priorities across sales, marketing, and third-party vendors while resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Serve as a communication liaison between stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of activities
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and intake processing of internal assets supporting commercial initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure functionality prior to events
  • Organize and maintain warehouse and program inventory including systems, instrumentation, and accessories
  • Operate and maintain material handling equipment such as label machines and pallet jacks
  • Support annual maintenance and system upgrades for sales operations programs


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field
  • Strong time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel minimally as needed
